What happens next?
Credit applications are usually referred when an item in your application cannot be automatically verified by our system and the finance underwriter must manually review your application.
This process usually takes less than an hour during normal working hours and as part of this review we may request additional information from you, such a proof of identity or address.
Once the underwriter has decided on whether to Approve or Decline your application, we will advise you of the outcome and contact you to confirm next steps.
