Returns Policy In order to make returning your item quicker & easier, we now offer a customer returns service via Interlink Express - you can benefit from our discounted rates and arrange collection from an address of your choosing. Simply click the following link and follow the on-screen instructions to book a return collection (please remember to quote your original order reference number).  Should you have an queries or technical questions that you would like to ask before arranging collection, please contact us via email or phone 01327 301006 and one of our staff will be happy to help. Product Warranty Details Should your item deveolp a fault within the first 30 days from date of purchase, simply contact us on 01327 301006 and we will make all the necessary arrangements to collect, repair/replace and return your item (UK Customers only). If your item develops fault after 30 days from date of purchase, but within the manufacturers warranty period, simply return the item to us at your own cost and risk and we will organise repair / replacement dependant on the specific manufacturers warranty policy (please note this also applies for all oversea's customers). Customers can use the link above to book a return at their cost and risk, or make their own arrangements if preferable. WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) Recycling The UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require that all retailers of electrical goods assist in delivering a UK wide WEEE collection system and encourage consumers in the participation of recycling electronic equipment Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination, this can have a very harmful effect our natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. As part of our commitment to fulfil these obligations we have partnered with ESS Recycling to handle our WEEE waste. ESS Recycling is the UK’s longest established recycler of commercial refrigeration and Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment - please do not place unwanted electrical goods into the normal domestic waste stream; they can be recycled! If you’re buying a new electrical item from us, we will recycle your old one for free. Simply bring your old equipment with you at time of purchase or contact us to find out about other ways to get your WEEE waste collected*. *Collections may incur a small transport charge. |
